Yes what you heard is right ! Today and after the huge rumors and reports we have been hearing it in the few months ago, today we would like to tell you that it finally have been confirmed that iPad 3 launch date will be on March 7th which is going to be next Wednesday, Apple’s media event is going to be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco at 10am PST.
According to a new report from the guys at 9to5Mac which confirms that iPad 3 launch date has been confirmed on March 7th next week which is going to be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco at 10am PST. The wording would appear to confirm the long-standing rumors of an ultra high-resolution Retina Display (2048-by-1536 pixels) expected as the key selling point of the device. Also interesting is Apple’s choice of timing, announcing iPad 3 event right in the middle of Eric Schmidt’s keynote talk at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
"We have something you really have to see. And touch."
So again we will repeat for you the rumors that expected the iPad 3 will featured with, iPad 3 expected to have A5x processor, retina display 2048×1536 pixels and much more thinner and of course many other people said it will have A6 processor, but I promise you that everything will appear on March 7th.
So do you have anything to say ?!

A match made in iCloud.
With iTunes Match, even songs you’ve imported from CDs can be stored in iCloud. And you can play them on any iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC — whenever you want and wherever you are, without syncing. iTunes Match is just $24.99 a year.2
Here’s how it works: iTunes determines which songs in your collection are available in the iTunes Store. Any music with a match is automatically added to iCloud for you to listen to anytime, on any device. Since there are more than 20 million songs in the iTunes Store, chances are, your music is already in iCloud. And for the few songs that aren’t, iTunes has to upload only what it can’t match. Which is much faster than starting from scratch. Once your music is in iCloud, you can stream and store it to any of your devices. Even better, all the music iTunes matches plays back from iCloud at 256-Kbps AAC DRM-free quality — even if your original copy was of lower quality. Learn More
How iTunes Match works.
iTunes determines which songs in your collection are available in the iTunes Store. Any music with a match is automatically added to iCloud for you to listen to anytime, on any device. Since there are more than 20 million songs in the iTunes Store, chances are your music is already in iCloud. And for the few songs that aren’t, iTunes uploads what it can’t match (which is much faster than uploading your entire music library). Even better, all the music iTunes matches plays back from iCloud at 256-Kbps AAC DRM-free quality — even if your original copy was of lower quality.
Once your music is in iCloud, you can stream it to any of your devices. Just browse the complete list of all your music stored in the cloud. To listen to a song, tap the iCloud icon next to it and your song starts playing. You can store up to 25,000 songs in iCloud (more if songs are purchased from the iTunes Store), but only what you want to play is stored on your device. So you have immediate access to a huge music library without taking up storage space.
Whats new in the apple store today ?
What’s new in iTunes.
As part of iCloud, iTunes in the Cloud takes what you buy on iTunes on one device and pushes it to all your other devices, wirelessly and without syncing. And with iTunes Match, even the songs you’ve imported from CDs are stored in iCloud — so you can access them on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, Mac, or PC.
Download it on one device. Get it on your other devices.
Buy here. Automatically get it everywhere.
With iTunes in the Cloud, the music you download to one device automatically appears on all your devices. So the song you buy from your Mac at work is ready and waiting for you on your iPhone when it’s time to drive home. Regardless of where you click or tap Buy, iTunes will automatically download your new songs, apps, and books to your other devices over Wi-Fi or 3G.1
How to delete your Google search Web History
Google can keep track of everything you’ve ever searched for using their Web History service, even if you’ve cleared the browser history on your iPhone, iPad, or PC. Now that Google is changing their privacy policy — which some view as an excellent simplification and standardization and others see as a disturbing data grab — it means your search results won’t be kept separately but potentially shared with each and every other Google service.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has this to say:
Until now, your Google Web History (your Google searches and sites visited) was cordoned off from Google’s other products. This protection was especially important because search data can reveal particularly sensitive information about you, including facts about your location, interests, age, sexual orientation, religion, health concerns, and more. If you want to keep Google from combining your Web History with the data they have gathered about you in their other products, such as YouTube or Google Plus, you may want to remove all items from your Web History and stop your Web History from being recorded in the future.
If you choose to disable Google Web History, here’s how:
Log into your Google account
Go to http://www.google.com/history
Tap on Remove all Web History
Once you remove your Google Web History, Google will also stop recording it going forward (unless or until you re-enable it via the same page).
Google has been under increased scrutiny lately when it comes to online user privacy, for the heavy handed way they’ve used Search and Gmail to push their social networks like Google Buzz and Google+, and more recently for the discovery they’ve been circumventing Safari’s third party cookie protection.
iPad 3 with quad-core A6, LTE to be announced on March 7th?
iMore‘s Rene Ritchie reports that Apple currently plans to announce their next-generation iPad on Wednesday March 7th. We recently noted that March 7th was an open day for events at San Fransisco’s Yerba Buena Center (and the first Wednesday of the month). This is the hall in which Apple introduced both the first iPad and iPad 2.
iMore also adds its voice to the string of iPad 3 Retina Display confirmations, and also says the new iPad will have a quad-core A6 processor. This agrees with both our own code findings and Bloomberg’s report. iMore says Apple is working on LTE mobile devices, they mention the iPhone 5 specifically, but LTE is noted as a possibility for this new iPad.
Notably, iMore provided correct iPhone 4S launch and feature information.
Harrods Apple Store opening Mid March ??
In January, news that Apple is planning to open up a retail store inside of London’s world-famous Harrods department store. Harrods is a premier landmark with hundreds of individual shops and sections within the greater structure. The flurry of high-end brands within Harrods makes the store a logical spot for Apple to continue their string of “store-in-store” locations. Now, sources inside Harrods are reporting that Harrods and Apple plan to open the new store in mid-March.
Naturally, a mid-March opening for the Harrods Apple Store brings up speculation regarding an iPad 3 launch date. The iPad 3 is rumored it be introduced on March 7th, and Apple typically launches their new products within a few weeks of the introductions. A mid-March opening for the Harrods Apple Store would likely be an opening between Monday, March 12 and Monday, March 19. Apple typically launches their cornerstone products, such as the iPad and iPhone, on Fridays. A Friday in mid-March would be March 16th.
Speculating, it is possible that Apple is opening up their Harrods store in conjunction with the launch of the iPad 3. Harrods, a store that sits on five acres, sees as many as 300,000 visitors on their busiest days. What better place to have an iPad 3 launch day than a high-end department store with hundreds of thousands of visitors? Of course, this completely speculated March 16th iPad 3 launch date would pertain to the United Kingdom only. It’s difficult to assume that the U.K. and U.S. iPad 3 launch will occur simultaneously as the iPad 2 launched on different dates in those two countries.

Office for iPad Release Is Reportedly Imminent
This is not a surprise, but a welcome confirmation for the millions of business citizens and students of the world who have already adopted Apple's tablet as a work tool: Microsoft Office could be coming to the iPad in the next few weeks.
The Daily got its hands on a working prototype of the app, which apparently reminded them of Microsoft OneApp, with a Metro interface philosophy. It will be full Office: capable of creating Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents from scratch, as well as editing them. They claim that Microsoft is going to pass on an Android version for the time being.
Microsoft releasing Office for the tablet of its archenemy is really not a surprise. The iPad is overwhelmingly dominant at this point. Tens of thousands of business and corporations are quickly adopting it as their main workhorse. It's a good platform for IT departments, who are able to easily control the whole thing and greatly cut down on maintenance costs because of its closed nature. And business users love it.
So, given the size of the market, it's only logical that Microsoft wanted to take it. After all, its main business is Office, not Windows. Ballmer and Co. just can't afford to ignore the iPad steamroller taking over workplaces and universities. Or wait for their own Windows 8 tablets.
We will have to wait until it's released to see how well it works. Clearly, for Word documents creation you will need a physical keyboard (which exist aplenty). For Excel and Powerpoint, most users will really not need a physical keyboard, as data entry should be easy enough with onscreen keyboards. Editing and review—which is what most people do most of the time—should be good without a physical keyboard. Which is precisely why the iPad has become so popular in these environments.
Back in the day, old timers like me used to say that a platform wasn't a serious working platform unless you had two applications available: Office and Photoshop. Well, it seems at least one of those is imminent, just in time for the ultra-sharp and powerful iPad 3. Clearly, tablets are not a fad, but the future.
Unfortunately, no details or screenshots have been released yet.

How faithful are you to Apple?
The big things expected from Apple this year are obviously the Apple iPad 3, a device expected to surface in the first week of March, and of course the next iOS smartphone, currently being referred to as the iPhone 5, and we have heard many rumours about what these two Apple devices are expected to deliver in the way of specs.
Those rumoured specifications are a Retina Display, improved battery, a faster A6 quad core processor, better camera, along with 4G LE capability with the Apple iPad 3, whilst the specs for the iPhone 5 have been rumoured to include a larger touch screen, improved battery, removable battery, face recognition, 3D, NFC, 4G LTE, Liquipel waterproofing and the new design that all the iOS faithful expected with the iPhone 4S.
We all know the Apple iPad 2 and iPhone 4S have been a success for Apple, but will that success continue with the iPad 3 and iPhone 5 if Apple fails to deliver what specs and features the mobile space expects?
Well probably considering the amount of loyal Apple followers out there, Apple could deliver just about anything and still be a success, this was basically proven when Apple delivered the iPhone 4S with Siri, the virtual assistant being basically the only thing of value in the smartphone.
Obviously anything we have heard about the third generation iOS slate and the next generation iPhone is all speculation and rumour, perhaps Apple will deliver on those rumoured specs and features or perhaps not, maybe these new devices will arrive with an updated version of iOS 5 or even come pre-installed with the new iOS 6, or maybe not.
However, if Apple doesn’t deliver what is expected with the iPhone 5 and iPad 3 could the dream of owning one be dead in the water, or will both devices be just a success as previous Apple gear regardless of what they offer the customer?
So we’d like to ask our iOS faithful readers out there whether they will purchase the Apple iPad 3 and or iPhone 5 regardless of what specs and features the devices come with, or will you call it a day with iOS if one or both devices seem somewhat disappointing and move on to something else?

iPad 3 first pictures released ???? maybe
As you probably know the next generation iOS tablet, the Apple iPad 3 is rumoured to be surfacing sometime next month with the first week of March previously tipped, but thus far we haven’t been treated to any images of what Apple’s next tablet will actually look like, will it be much different from the Apple iPad 2 or will it be virtually the same?
Well we now have the first purported image of the iPad 3 which come our way courtesy of the guys over at Cheap Laptops and by way of Hong Kong based newspaper Apple Daily, and it appears, if these pictures are real, the iPad 3 isn’t that much different to the previous Apple slate.
If these images are indeed spot on then it looks like Apple has done with the iPad 3 what they did with the iPhone 4S, and haven’t bothered to change the design, although apparently there are a couple of minor differences such as the rear edge looks to be a tad more gradual taper.
An 8 megapixel snapper has been widely rumoured, and the supposed iPad 3 image does seem to show the tablet sporting what looks like an 8 megapixel camera, but other than that the tablet looks much the same as all iOS slates.
What is insider the supposed iPad 3 is another guessing game at the moment of course, with a Retina Display, faster processor, improved battery, and 4G LTE all previously rumoured, as well as a better camera 8mp?? but as far as I am aware unconfirmed.
So the big question here is, are these pictured of the iPad 3 the real deal or are they fake? Well if that unveiling date of the first week of March turns out to be true, we don’t have that long to wait to find out do we.

iPad 3 to get A5X processor, 'NOT' A6 ...... your thoughts please ...
In the couple of weeks ago rumors have been spinning around the expected iPad 3 which said it will be released in Mid of March, so that you will find yourself in a huge circle of rumors telling you different things about the iPad 3 and what it will looks like, some reports said that iPad 3 will have an A6 processor and also we reported for you that it has been confirmed a few days ago that iPad 3 will have 2048×1536 retina display.. But today we have got another new rumor which says that iPad 3 will have A5X processor, let’s get into the details after the Picture:
This new rumor comes comes from the well known guys at MacRumors which pointed out , the code “1146″ on the A5X processor indicates that the processor was manufactured November 14th-20th. Perhaps this could be just a prototype. If you focused on the photo above you will find that the logic table is similar to the iPad 2′s, specifically around the power management chips. There’s also 16 GB flash memory chips from Hynix.
But until now it’s just another rumor added to the infinity list of iPad 3 rumors that we hear it everyday, and we don’t know if Apple is going to use A6 processor or A5X for the next generation of iPad…
Do you think Apple would use an A5X processor, rather than A6? comments below please

Apple loses iPhone 4 antennagate lawsuit, customers get $15 checks
Apple has settled a class-action lawsuit regarding the antennagate problem of iPhone 4. iPhone 4 customers will be compensated in the form of a $15 check or a free bumper case from Apple.
When Apple released iPhone 4 in June of 2010, most of the users experienced reception problems. The signals appeared to weaken or totally disappear on holding the phone in a certain way. Initially Apple declined to accept the problem but later on the late CEO of Apple Inc., Steve Jobs announced in a crowded press conference that the problem was not limited to the iPhone 4 and was rather spread industry-wide. He addressed the problem by offering a full refund to the buyers or a free bumper case. Apple also released an iOS update for iPhone 4 which altered the way signals were displayed on the iPhone 4 and started to show more signal bars for the same signal strength.
A total of 18 lawsuits were filed against Apple which were combined in a class-action lawsuit collectively stating that Apple was “misrepresenting and concealing material information in the marketing, advertising, sale, and servicing of its iPhone 4 – particularly as it relates to the quality of the mobile phone antenna and reception and related software.”
The consolidated lawsuit was heard in the court of Judge Ronald Whyte of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, in San Jose. The court has ruled in favor of the lawsuits submitted against Apple giving customers the compensation in the form a $15 check or a free bumper case but the final approval hearing is still pending for July 13. A separate site will be published at iphone4settlement.com containing information on how to claim the compensation. The claim period would start on April 30 and would last for 120 days.
Some customers already got the free bumper cases from Apple back in 2010, those customers are not eligible for another case or the $15 check. Mashable has talked to Apple’s Director of iPhone Public Relations Natalie Harrison, who said:
“This settlement relates to a small number of customers who indicated they experienced antenna or reception issues with their iPhone 4 and didn’t want to take advantage of a free case from Apple while it was being offered in 2010.”
Harrison might be saying between the lines that only the customers who officially registered their complaints about the signal problems would get the compensation but we’d only know once iPhone4settlement.com goes live.

Apple Announces Countdown to 25 Billion App Store Downloads with $10,000 Gift Card Prize
Apple has posted a new feature on its site promoting a countdown to 25 billion downloads for the App Store.
As of today, nearly 25 billion apps have been downloaded worldwide. Which is almost as amazing as the apps themselves. So we want to say thanks. Download the 25 billionth app, and you could win a US$10,000 App Store Gift Card. Just visit the App Store and download your best app yet.
Users can enter the promotion either by purchasing/downloading an app from the App Store or by filling out an entry form. The contest winner will be the individual who either downloads the 25 billionth app as determined by Apple or who submits the alternate entry form immediately after the 24,999,999,999th app download, whichever comes first.
Apple has run similar promotions in the past, with a nearly identical one for ten billion App Store downloads taking place just over a year ago and another one for ten billion iTunes Music Store downloads coming in February 2010. Earlier promotions occurred at the one billion song and app marks and at the 100 million song milestone.

iPad3 Retina Display - Confirmed
As we all know there is too many Apple users who are asking about what would the iPad 3 looks like and what’s it’s retina display as we already heard too many rumors about it and some people told us that iPad 3 will be released on March 7, but right now we have got some interesting news from the guys at MacRumors who have just confirmed that iPad 3 will have a 2048×1536 retina display…
The guys at Macrumors examined it under a microscope in an effort to determine whether it is indeed an ultra-high resolution Retina display. Physically, the purported iPad 3 display is the same size as the current iPad 1 and iPad 2 display at 9.7″ in diagonal, and looks quite similar to the naked eye.
After the folks made this and examined it, they could conclude that the pixels in the iPad 3 display are exactly one-quarter the size of those found in the screen of the iPad 2.
“Since we only had a raw iPad 3 display with no method to power it, taking high quality photos of of the pixels was difficult. Still, even with the relatively poor lighting, you can easily make out the pixels on each display (made up of red, green and blue elements). We highlighted a cluster of 4 pixels (2×2) from the iPad 2 to compare it to the same area on the iPad 3. On the iPad 3, the same cluster was occupied by 16 pixels (4×4) — exactly twice the resolution in each direction.
I want one of these ......NOW !!!

iPad 3 release date
Well it looks like the iPad 3 is due for release in March, swiftly going to be followed byt the new designed iPhone 5.
The iPad 3 will have the all new quad core A6 Processor, which was originally going to be the ivy bridge version, but since delay's have held up production, Intell will not have this in full production till later on in the year.
So what processor will Apple start off with, or willl they hold the release date till later?
All in all, I look forward to seeing the new version as its supposed to be sporting the new retina screen, the iPad 3 screen are twice as dense as those on the iPad 2. This puts the resolution of the iPad 3 at 2048×1536 pixels
Only time will tell
Apple iTV Rumours: Release date, price, specs, screen size
Having dominated the smartphone, tablet, PMP, laptop and all-in-one markets Apple looks set to turn its attentions to the TV sector with numerous reports suggesting the Cupertino-based company is planning to update its current Apple TV offering later this year and launch its first full blown television sets dubbed Apple iTV.
Far from confirmed, Apple iTV rumours have been circulating for a number of months kicking into overdrive following the publication of the official Steve Jobs biography in which the Apple co-founder and former CEO said he had “finally cracked” how to change the television market.
"I'd like to create an integrated television set that is completely easy to use,” Jobs reportedly said. “It would be seamlessly synced with all of your devices and with iCloud. It will have the simplest user interface you could imagine. I finally cracked it."
Apple iTV Release Date
Although far from confirmed the Apple iTV release date has become one of the most talked about upcoming announcements of the year with Apple CEO Tim Cook recently offering the closest indication yet that the iPhone and iPad maker is planning to out a full television service.
Speaking during his keynote speech at the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet Conference Cook described the current Apple TV offering as a ‘hobby’, whilst revealing the Cupertino based company shifted just shy of 3 million Apple TV units during 2011, 1 million of which came in the year’s final quarter.
Stating that Apple “doesn’t do hobbies as a general rule,” Cook revealed that the existing Apple TV unit was testing the waters of the television sector stating the company would need something “special” in order to make TV a “serious category” for Apple.
“The reason we call it a hobby is because we don’t want to send a message to you or our shareholders that we think the market for it is the size of our other businesses,“ Cook said of Apple TV. He added that he believed Apple could “find something that was larger” so that its ventures into the television industry “could go more main-market.”
Although Apple has offered no indication as to the validity of such claims it is widely believed that the Apple iTV hardware and accompanying software platform will land before the end of the year.
Late last year analyst Gene Munster suggested the Cupertino based company would follow the 2012 unveiling of the Apple iPad 3 and Apple iPhone 5 with an Apple iTV release of its own around October with the service to land ahead of the lucrative Christmas period.
Apple's iTV Cannot be Called iTV
This is amusing: Apple‘s rumoured iTV cannot in fact be called iTV. Not in the UK at least, for the moniker iTV is already taken:
ITV warns Apple not to brand smart television ‘iTV’
ITV has written to Apple to warn the Silicon Valley technology giant off using its three-letter name for its long-awaited, “iTV” smart television.
Of course, we don’t know what Apple wants to call it’s coming (OK, rumoured to be coming) TV offering but the fact that the major private sector broadcasting network in the UK is already called ITV means they most certainly cannot use that name in that market.
There are shades of two other branding decisions here. Apple is still trying to deal with the Chinese company that owns the “iPad” brand in that country: the last I saw that Chinese company was holding out for $38 million in damages plus an apology. And of course we’ve had the same thing with the very brand “Apple” itself. The Beatles’ management company weren’t too worried when Apple just made computers, but the move into the music world with iPods and iTunes certainly caused more than just a mild spat over who really owned the brand “Apple” in the music space.
There is an interesting way out of all of this of course. Assume that Apple does move into TV and that as a result they want to also own some of the product that they are distributing though that channel.
Other analysts have speculated that the company could buy up production businesses, even suggesting that Apple and ITV could settle their potential tug-of-war over the three-letter name by the simple expedient of the former buying the latter.
It would give them control of Downton Abbey after all……

HiRes Screens coming to Macbook Air, Pro's ??
The iPhone 4 and 4S may not be the only devices with insanely high resolution screens. In the near future, with speculation that Apple is working to bring super high resolutions to the Mac being given extra weight thanks to the recent release of the new Messages app.Made available yesterday alongside the announcement of Mac OS X Mountain Lion, Messages brings iMessage to the Mac for the first time, while also replacing the ageing iChat at the same time.Talk of a special HiDPI mode coming to OS X has been around for a while now, with many believing that a new MacBook Pro is in the works with a slated release for 2012 – the new machine would sport a mind boggling resolution of 2880×1800, according to sources. In order to facilitate an easy transition to new HiDPI screens, Apple appears to be taking a leaf out of its iOS playbook, where the company doubled the iPhone 3GS screen resolution of 320×480 to the 640×960 screen inside the iPhone 4 and 4S. If Apple decides to take a similar doubling approach with the Mac, then developers would need an easy way of making their apps ready for such a change in screen real estate. Now it appears that the Messages beta may hold they key to such an issue, with @2x appearing in some of the app’s resources. The same distinction is used in iOS when differentiating between standard resolution artwork and then those designed for the Retina Display.According to Apple’s own developer documents: The inclusion of the @2x modifier for the high-resolution image is new and lets the system know that the image is the high-resolution variant of the standard image. The discovery of the references could point to Apple taking the same stance on the Mac that it does with iOS, asking developers to provide two sets of assets to enable the use of the increased resolution afforded by such high resolution screens.Quite how Apple is going to get such a monumental resolution into a portable computer, we’re not entirely sure. Having said that, we wouldn’t have predicted the Retina Display until we saw it, and the thought of a 27-inch iMac that has similar technology really whets the appetite.Let’s just hope the huge screen resolutions don’t also come with suitably huge prices!Story courtesy of http://www.redmondpie.com
